NOAA, on behalf of the U.S. Global Change Research Program, has issued a Federal Register Notice seeking public feedback on the annotated outlines of each chapter of the Fifth National Climate Assessment . The annotated outlines can be accessed by visiting USGCRP’s Review and Comment System . This opportunity runs through February 20, 2022. The U.S. Global Change Research Program (USGCRP) seeks public comment on the proposed themes and framework for NCA5.
